Here at James Autos we are proud to have one of the few female MoT testers in the UK!
Heather Angus has been testing here for since April 2006, and plans to continue doing so for a long time!!
She says, 'I remember when I used to have to go into a garage for car bits and bobs. Even though I was in the trade, many places tried to rip me off until I put them straight. I don't think it is fair that women are discriminated against in that way, and this is my effort to make a difference!'
What if Heather is not testing on the day?
Rest assured, all of our staff at James Autos think discrimination is a thing of the past. We will test your car to the best of our abilities and knowledge, applying only the regulations set out by VOSA. We will try everthing to enure you understand the problems that need to be fixed!
